While masks will no longer be required on EVIT campuses, any students and staff who wish to wear a mask may do so. Also, with only 4 weeks until our Completion Ceremony, it’s important that students and staff continue to mitigate the spread of the COVID virus by continuing to practice safe distancing, use hand sanitizer often, wash your hands, and to stay home if you are feeling sick or waiting for a COVID-19 test result.

The Vitalant Blood Drive will be here at the EVIT Main Campus in the Massage Therapy Clinic in building 15 on Friday, May 7th. Blood donors must be at least 16 years or older and in good health. Permission slips must be signed by a parent if you are under the age of 18 and brought into your teacher on a first come first serve basis!

All donors will be required to wear a face mask during the blood drive. Permission slips are at the front reception desks in buildings 1, 14 and 16. We have many opportunities to donate. We need your help now more than ever! Please contact Mrs. Powers in the Health Building for more information.

Students needing to improve their attendance and overall success in completing their program.

  • Our last and final Student Council Meeting will be TODAY! [AM- The meeting is from 8:15-9 in Building 1 so don’t be late as there is a lot to discuss!] – [PM- The meeting is from 12:15-1:15 in Building 1 so don’t be late as there is a lot to discuss!]

  • Also, we will be having a SPIRIT WEEK next week! Monday is Hawaiian Shirt Day so come in your best Hawaiian shirt attire and even add some tropical accessories! Ask your teacher for the full spirit week information, flyers are hung around campus as well. Remember to check with your teachers about how to incorporate the fun spirit week with your program’s dress code!

  • The Tips of the day are to “Decide what you want. Not what you would settle for, not what your teacher, mother, father, best friend, etc. says, but what you want in your wildest dreams.” And remember” Sometimes things that other people do is not meant for us to understand.” AS WELL AS “When climbing the mountain, concentrate on the route and each step along the way, not how high you must go or how far you may fall.”
